177A Mt Alexander Rd

In 2017, Rose worked with Flemington residents to challenge at VCAT a permit for a five storey apartment building at 177A Mt Alexander Rd.

VCAT reduced the building to three storeys.

Rose then campaigned with hundreds of residents for the land to be bought by either the Department of Education or Moonee Valley City Council for the use of Mt Alexander College.

The land has since been purchased by MVCC for use as open space and is awaiting further works.
